Lip Filler & Lip Enhancement in East Meadow, Long Island

Your lips aren’t a template. Discover personalized lip filler, lip shaping, lip flip and perioral aesthetic treatments designed around your anatomy, proportions & goals.

Does it hurt?

Your lips aren’t a
template.

Your natural shape, proportions, movement and goals matter. We use inspiration to understand what you like—and your anatomy to build a treatment plan that fits you.

What would you like to change?

You don’t need to know which treatment you need. Start with what you want your lips to do differently.

01

MORE VOLUME

Add visible fullness while preserving the shape and proportions that make your lips yours.

02

MORE DEFINITION

Refine the lip border, Cupid’s bow and overall definition without automatically making the lips dramatically larger.
03

MORE UPPER LIP

Find out whether filler, a lip flip or a different approach better matches what you’re seeing.
04

BETTER BALANCE

Explore treatment planning for differences in shape, volume and upper-to-lower lip proportion. Perfect symmetry is not the goal; better balance may be.
05

SMOOTHER AROUND MY LIPS

Explore options for perioral lines, downturned corners and other concerns around the mouth.
06

FIX OLD FILLER

Have previous filler evaluated before simply adding more.

Your lips don’t need a trend. They need a plan.

Tell us what you like about it.

Maybe it is the Cupid’s bow. Maybe it is the volume. Maybe it is the projection.

Inspiration doesn’t tell us what belongs on your face.

We look at your anatomy to build the treatment.

We use the inspiration to understand your eye.

We use your anatomy to build the treatment.
NATURAL.
SUBTLE.
FULLER.
YOUR CHOICE.

“Natural-looking” does not mean everyone should leave with barely noticeable lips. Some patients want a very subtle change. Some want better definition. Some want visibly fuller lips that still fit their face.

We do not decide how much change you should want.

We help determine how to create the result you actually want.

Subtle is a treatment goal—not a special product.

“Natural” also means different things to different people. For one person, it means no one should know. For another, it means noticeably fuller lips that still belong on their face.

Choose the goal. We’ll determine the treatment.

These are aesthetic goals, not preset treatment packages. Product, amount, technique and candidacy are determined individually after evaluation.

More lip can mean two very different things.

Lip Filler

Lip filler physically adds volume and can be used to address fullness, shape, definition or proportion.

Lip Flip

A lip flip uses a small amount of neuromodulator around the upper lip to alter muscular pull, allowing more of the existing upper lip to remain visible in selected patients. It does not add filler volume.

Not sure?

That is exactly what the consultation is for.

One destination for the lips and the area around them.

How to Read Lip Photos

Learn what a treatment photograph can and cannot tell you. A before-and-after comparison should be interpreted in context: what the patient wanted changed, what was actually treated, whether multiple treatment areas were involved, and when the follow-up photograph was taken.

A subtle result can be a successful result if subtle was the goal. For movement treatments such as lip flip and gummy-smile treatment, the most useful results include the smile—not only a relaxed still photograph.

We don’t start with a syringe. We start with your lips.

01

Your anatomy first.

Your natural shape, lip movement and surrounding facial proportions influence what makes sense.

02

No automatic amount.

We do not assume every patient needs the same syringe size or number of units.

03

No trend required.

Bring an inspiration photo if you want. It starts a conversation; it does not become a template.

04

Sometimes the answer isn’t more filler.

Previous filler, lip movement, skin, or the surrounding mouth may change the plan.

Beautiful work still requires medical judgment.

Dermal filler injection is a medical procedure. Common reactions can include swelling, tenderness, redness and bruising. Rare but serious complications can occur, including unintended injection into a blood vessel.

At LIPS NY, candidacy, product selection and treatment planning are determined after medical evaluation.

Your lip questions, answered.

What is lip filler?
Lip filler is an injectable dermal filler used to add or restore volume and, depending on the product and treatment plan, enhance aspects of lip shape and definition. Many commonly used lip fillers contain hyaluronic acid.

Lip filler adds physical volume. A lip flip changes muscle activity around the upper lip and does not add filler volume.

There is not one correct amount for everyone. Existing anatomy, previous filler, the product being considered and the degree of change you want all affect treatment planning.

Yes. Subtle enhancement can be the treatment goal. How it should be approached depends on your starting anatomy and what you want changed.
Lip filler is temporary. Duration differs by product, treatment area and individual factors.
Swelling, bruising, tenderness and redness are common reactions after dermal-filler injection. Your same-day lips should not be treated as the settled final result.
Some hyaluronic-acid filler may be amenable to reduction with hyaluronidase when medically appropriate. Not every filler material is treated the same way.
You do not have to decide before your visit. We evaluate both volume and movement.
